At Audio Advice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your audio gear, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
